Banks School has been touched more than once by children in need of medical care from Children's Hospital in Birmingham.  The Ronald McDonald House offers families a place to stay for just a few dollars per night.  The actually cost $53 per night.  The rest of the money is raised or donated to make up the difference.

One of the ways we can easily help is by collecting the tabs from the top of our soda containers.  Send the tabs to school by your child and we will do the rest.

We will have a big Pop Tab Celebration at the end of the school year with a PTO sponsored treat for the grades with the most Pop Tabs.  When you visit the schools, check the Pop Tabs Charts created by the Banks Gifted students to see how each grade is doing.
