Banks School Kindergarten Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration will be held April 4, 2018.

Parents are encouraged to bring their student to pre-register on April 4, 2018 at Banks Middle School gym from 3:30-7:00 pm, and to Banks Primary on April 5, 2018 7:30-11:30 am and April 6, 2018 11:30 am-3:30 pm to interact with the Kindergarten teachers and register on-site.

You may also pick up registration packets at the Primary School office at any time.

Students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2018, in or to attend kindergarten during the 2018-2019 school year.

To Pre-Register:

·         Registration will be at the primary campus

·         Provide 2 Proofs of Residency:

o    Most current utility bill

o    Property tax records

o    Mortgage Documents/Property Deeds

o    Apartment or home lease

o    Driver’s License

o    Voter Precinct Identification

o    Automobile Registration

o    Homeowner’s Insurance Policy

·         Copy of birth certificate

·         Social Security Card

·         Alabama Immunization Card

·         Driver’s License or Picture ID

·         Custody/Power of Attorney/Guardianship documents – a legal guardian/foster care parent must provide a court decree declaring the district resident to be the legal guardian or the foster care parent of the student. (Example situations: divorce, foster care, other placement not with the biological parents, etc.)
